I am uncircumcised and I want to know if I have Frenulum Breve or not. According to Wikipedia,
FRENULUM BREVE - is a condition in which the frenulum preputii penis, which is an elastic band of tissue under the glans penis that connects to the prepuce (foreskin) and helps contract the prepuce over the glans, is short and restricts the movement of the prepuce.
When I have an erection I can pull my foreskin and allow my whole penis glans to be exposed without pain, and pull it down about one more inch before I feel my frenulum starting to stretch and hurt. Does that mean I have frenulum breve? And if so, should I start doing stretch methods?
Thanks

Since your foreskin goes back behind the glans and one more additional inch, it is probably that you do NOT have frenulum breve.
It is causing you trouble?
