I have recently been getting small and big hard bumps on my balls. They are more on the left side than the right, some when you squeeze them a little puss comes out, but returns to the normal size. Others, they are hard bumps. They seem to be Genital Warts, but I want to know for sure. They sometimes get itchy. Some of the bumps when i squeeze them nothing comes out, this is making me worry really bad. Please let me know.
