Do I have HPV? (cauliflower like bumps around my vaginal oriface)

About two weeks ago I felt a slight itch outside my vagina and I didn't know why. I got scared since two days before that I had oral and vaginal sex. I grabbed a mirror to take a look at what might be the cause. When I first looked at it I saw what seemed to be white bumps around my vaginal oriface. As the week went by and specially this week the itching has gotten worse. And the bumps have gotten a little bigger and they're cauliflower looking. Ive been doing research online to see what I have. At first I thought I had herpes but then I came across HPV. I've looked at pictures and this seems to be what I have. Also today I noticed that there's some white bumps on my labia minora. I am really scared since I'm only 14. Could this be what I have ? What else could it be?
