Chances of pregnancy occurring are very low. There was no actual sperm ejaculated into her and that is what it takes. In all likelihood the sperm on your hands were dry which then cannot get into vagina and swim down to the cervix, there wasn't any after you washed and dried your hands whether you used soap or not.
