Hi, I am 43 years old and I had injured my back several days ago. I was suffering from chronic pain in that region for some time but this injury was very painful. When I have visited my doctor he prescribed me injectable B12. I would like to know something more about this therapy.

Hi, injectable B12 is sometimes prescribed because some doctors believe it may be helpful for inflamed nerves which are injured in case like yours. This sort of therapy was never fully proven but it very often gives good results. Also this therapy may be given for some sorts of anemia.
