Sounds funny, I know. I was moving a full 5 gal water bottle out from a closet. While bending over to slide the bottle by the neck with my hand, I pushed it along with my right foot. I felt a 'bump' inside to the right of my spine. I wouldn't say it immediately hurt, although it did feel odd, just not normal. By the end of the day I was experiencing sharp pain in my right 'cheek'. Now, 3 days later, the pain is excruciating in my right glute! It's worse every day, plus my right thigh is achy. If I stay in any one position for more than a few minutes, the pain starts. Walking is truly difficult, sleeping is a joke. I have no pain in my spine. Does this sound like a torn glute?
