Alright, the title pretty much says it all. I'll go ahead and give all the quick information right now. I'm not circumcised, and I've never had sex before in my life. Only masturbation So, I've had this problem for about 7 weeks now. It's dry skin that occasionally flakes and very, very, rarely itches. It covers the most of the left of my penis (not on the head), some on the bottom, and a few patches here and there of it including on the scrotum. Every now and then I'll see small cuts on there too, but it's not as common. Now, here's what I think caused it. Maybe about a year back I started masturbating by rubbing my penis against my underwear, and now it's come back to haunt me. Now, that's not to say that it's an infection of any sort, but I'm pretty sure it's just dry skin that won't go away. I've tried to avoid masturbating, but it's hard to. Although, I don't masturbate as much as I did, say, when I did that underwear rubbing thing. I've tried a lot of things so far. I've put coconut oil on it when I can, I've been washing my penis while avoiding fragrance soap, put moisturizer on it, etc. It'll get slightly better, even disappearing at some times, but it just comes back the same as it was. Unfortunately, with the current situation I'm in, I can't get any cream or visit the doctor (mainly because of procrastination and embarrassment). So, that's my problem. I tried to be as specific as I could. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'll go check on the washing powder. I wear 100% cotton boxers/briefs all the time. And no, I haven't asked a doctor yet. Thanks for the quick reply.

Alright, just found out. I'm pretty sure we use our own homemade washing powder, which may be the cause. Thanks for the help.
