this has happened to me more than once. its nothing to worry about. just an irritation from excessive masterbation. dont do it for a while and it goes away. its not a medical condition. just like if you were to rub something on your arm over and over the skin would die and fall off.

This is happening to me right now. I tried to stop, but alas, I faild. This happened to me on my sack too. That skin peeled off today during school, and I am hoping to have the skin on my penis fall off tonight into tomorrow. This happened to me because I used some weird soap.


Lesson learned . . . NEVER USE CLEANING SUPPLIES AS A LUBRICANT.

I am now using bananna peels and vasoline (petrolium jelly) as a lube.

Don't worry but it could even get painful like athlete's foot, recommend a non-alcohol based skin lotion - you need to soften the skin before it gets scaly, then it hurts. but yeah, you've just been whacking it to rigorously. give it a rest and use the lotion, maybe next time try a gentle lube.
