Hi, I am not such a big fan of weight lifting. Because of that, I have decided to mainly concentrate on cardio exercises. Sometimes I do the other ones as well. Anyway, I like to do cardio early in the morning. Should I continue with this routine? I need a straight answer: cardio before breakfast yes or no?
