But everytime we have sex and he comes, it either all comes out when he pulls out, or it will leak out of me later.
I dont recall this ever happening before, is this normal?

It always runs out, it has no place else to go. After intercourse with ejaculation when the guy pulls out, semen will come out with his penis, don't you notice the wet spot on the sheets? Even if you lay around for a while, it will leak out of your vagina. If you get up and go sit on the toilet, you can see it in there.
I don't know why you didn't have this problem (it's really not) with your previous partner and you can't really stop it from coming out of you, that's just the way it works.

hey u wear condom or not either the penis or your vagina going to leak out after the ejaculation no doubt.... you cant stop over that just get up and clean it.....

I'd suggest going on the pill if you don't want to use condoms to prevent pregnancy. You can still get pregnant even if he pulls out. There's pre-cum that comes out way before he cums because that's his body's way of lubricating. Just like how we get wet before sex to allow the penis to enter. Also, depending on a man's diet or how long it's been since he's ejaculated, there may be a lot of cum or very little. It's different with every guy.
