Okay, so I am posting this for my boyfriend now that I am thinking of it.

His left nut is almost twice the size of his right one and it always seems to bother him. His right one gets bigger and smaller depending on how often he ejaculates, but his left hardly ever changes. 

He has been to the Doc and they told him there was nothing wrong, that is it common for one nut to be bigger then the other. That is true, but not to be hurting him all the time.

It doesn't stop we from having sex and I have gotten pregnant, so there is no problems there. But honestly I don't think the left one ejaculates anything.

So is it something to worry about and what could be causing it?
