I have a problem and no one seems to know what causes this. Every moth on the first day of my period I get this shooting pain on my upper thigh I don't know if it the muscle or the nerve but it is so painful. I take medication all day to keep the pain at bay with no results. on the second day of my cycle the pain is slightly there but not so bad. What causes this???
