Hey there everyone! Well then, a few months ago I was circumcised because I had the tightest foreskin known to mankind. Now that the operation is over, everything seems to be working great, and I've had no complaints, but now I've noticed something a little annoying.

Well then, it seems that the head of my penis is still really sensitive, and then if I rub near the very tip it becomes so sensitive that I actually lose control of my penis and I need to suppress the urge to pee. Unfortunately, this doesn't always work, and pee shoots out anyway.

It doesn't hurt at all, it's just extremely ticklish, I guess you could say. I just need to know of ways to possibly desensitise the very tip of my head, because it's kind of annoying. I lost my virginity a little while back, and then head was so sensitive that I couldn't actually 'finish', without risk of peeing over my partner (which would be most unpleasant for both of us.)

So yes, thanks for reading everyone, and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi appletiser,

I'm not circumcised but the same techniques for desensitising the glans should still work.

The more you handle it, the less sensitive it will become.  A good way I found was to handle it under water.  The warm water confuses the nerve endings and makes that sensation less acute. If you grip your glans under the water by your thumb and forefinger until the feeling subsides, then move to another area and keep going you should see an improvement.

Yes, I agree. At least, it helped me after the circumcision. There is no need for expensive medications, just use the warm water. Of course, I know that sometimes this can't help, which can cause a circumcision complications. You don't want that, so hurry up to your doctor and ask for some painkillers. He can prescribe those to you whenever he notices that you can't deal with the pain. Generally, that pain and sensitivity are normal, I believe that every guy has it after this procedure. Those who don't have it...well, those are really lucky ones. Be prepared that your glans will be sensitive five days after the procedure.
