i tend to have farting problems while other problems are around me, how could i reduce these problem

Hi, maybe you should avoid foods that cause you to have more gas. Try changing your diet a little and you should be fine. You should avoid foods like milk and dairy products, potatoes and pasta, wheat and oat bran, bananas, peaches, apricots, pears, raisins and melons, beans and lentils, onion , green peppers, corn, celery. Try avoiding these foods for some time and im sure your flatulence will go away. Also, try to get rid of stress in a first place. Start some physical activity or sport so you can blow out.
