We all know how insulin is taken. Diabetics take shots for the rest of their lives. However, I have heard something about fast-acting dry powder insulin designed for inhalation. I was wondering if this is true. Could diabetics take insulin via nasal mucosa? Can we say “goodbye” to needles? I would appreciate some answers here.
