Well, I was doing kegel exercises and that did wonders for me. Kegel exercises means that you will be exercising pelvic muscles which you can use to postpone your ejaculation by contracting them right before ejaculation.
In order to realize which pelvic muscles are, you can try stopping your urine flow a few times. You will feel pelvic muscles contracting. When you have figured out which pelvic muscles are, you can do the following exercise. Contract them for three seconds and then relax them for the same period of time, and so on. Once you become good at this, you will be able to hold them for longer. You can do these exercises while sitting and standing, so you can use almost any situation to do it.
The reason these pelvic muscles are important is because if you started contracting and holding them right before ejaculation, you will be able to put off ejaculation for some time. But don’t do the postponing way too often in one intercourse. Once or maybe twice is enough. If you do it too many times during one intercourse, it could result in retrograde ejaculation when your sperm ends up in the bladder instead of leaving outside.
