feel constant pressure with slight pain on my chest

it is just stress im 14 and have it all the time before a test or when im really stressed or depressed or hate life which is everyday

Re the Doc who said he thought it was anxiety due to the test. Well for Neil had same thing told the same thing . 15 yrs later They found a anomalie of my heart after all those test 2 heart Caths . But ur problem also sound like GERD which I have as well They had to stretch my esophagus and GERD and anxiety cause a lot of weird pains. But try to stay calm and proactive For me 16 yrs later I'm on a ton of meds All cuz I was told its "anxiety"
