After concentrating something, especially to computer or a game in telephone or reading something with focus, I have a weird discomfort in my head. I feel like I am going to cry and it really feels bad. In addition, I feel a tension and a kind of pressure in my head. Also my nausea attacks start with this kind of bad feeling. If I close my eyes and cool off my mind, it slowly fades away, for now. It's been 1 week since it has started. I started to worry about it. What is that? Please help me.
