feeling like my testicle is tearing away from body

my husband had like a blister with a head on his testicle that we popped with a sterile needle.
the area gushed with pus .
but he still feels as if his testicle is tearing away from his body when he walks .
and he is bleeding kinda badly only when he walks like he has a cut or tear underneath his testicle where it connects to the body .
any idea of what can possible be going on?
he is in a lot of pain when he walks.
