Fell on my right side when crossing the street. I have pain under right breast ,hurts when taking a deep breath or cough. When I'm laying down and turn side to side it also hurts. There is no bruise there but one present where right knee hit the ground. Does not hurt if I raise or lower arms.

IMHO, you should probably see a doctor. That sounds really bad and I wouldn't risk it being something worse than just a bruise.
