we were visiting and for fun I wanted my friend to take off her shirt and she would have done it had there been other women but we met none and we were even unsecure as to the details of the law so we didn't do it

yes absolutely, not in the shops, because the owners won't have it but on the outside absolutely. I've arrived 2 years ago and benefit from it whenever possible (and I always take a see-through top for the places where I need to dress, so it's basically the same for me). I agree that free the nipple has nothing to do with exhibitionism but if you are exhibitionist it comes in handy to say the least

I stopped bras altogether when I was 14. My parents weren't happy with it I can tell you but there was this fashion which had started with the Olsen sisters and other stars and other girls in my class also ditched their bras. I was the one with the biggest areolas I had already developed snoopy breasts a year earlier and when I was braless the form of my areolas was visible but at 14 my nipples started to get hard and then my areola went flat and my nipples protruded and I liked that a lot. My friends asked me to show them the transformation, most of them had had puffy areolas but they had all gone back to normal after a few months, it was only me and another girl whose breasts had stayed like that and mine had become very big and also my nipple when they got hard were very big. I undressed freely and today (I'm 22) I still like showing off in all kind of ways and always braless. I think it's beautiful under all kind of dress, large fitting or close fitting, transparent or not but what I like best is else loose fitting and transparent or close fitting and opaque/
