Fever, chills, belching

My story is long so here it goes. About two weeks ago I used a new deodorant. And, I woke up noticing some pain in my left underarm and down my left arm. It felt like a pulled chest muscle. So I went to the doctor to see and he diagnosed me with a pull chest muscle. He did a breast exam just becusse I asked and he didn't find anything. Afterwards, I noticed that I've been having a burning sensation in my left breast. After this new symptom I've noticed they I started to belch a lot and from there more problems arise. I keep belching so I decided to go to the doctor again and they did a blood test and it was said that everything was okay and diagnosed me with acid reflux. I went back to the doctor again and he said acid reflux as well. He told me that when I went to the ER my white blood count was elevated so he wanted to test me again and he said that my count was still elevated but not as much. So he put me on sodium bicarbonate and priscolec. Now, I have a fever of 100 and less. And I'm cold with chills and my feet are cold. I'm not feeling as bad now just the heartburn, fever and chills and no appetite. I go tomorrow to get a ultrasound of my gallbladder, back to get an ultrasound of my heart since my heart was extremely high in the er and an appointment with the GI doctor. I'm not sure what's going on? Has anyone felt this was before? Also, I've been feeling bubbles in my stomach like gas and also in my chest. Please someone help me becusse of you aren't dying doctors don't pay attention. I just don't want it to be anything severe. Please help!
