In some cases yeah a tampon can pop your cherry but some people don't pop the cherry until they actually have sex even if they do wear a tampon. Sometimes the tampon may wear down the hymen but not break it fully. You can't break the hymen again once it's already broken so you shouldn't need to worry about it bleeding again :)
