Hi, I am 24 years old and I am training four years already. I am doing my best to develop massive and proportional body. Also I pay lot attention on food which I eat so I would like to know hat is better for body builders fish or chicken? Thank you very much.

Hi, as you know you are eating only chickens breasts because there is the least fats and plenty of proteins. However fish may be better because it is much easier to digest and some fishes has more proteins than chicken. Basically it is very similar and it may be good to switch it from time to time.

The most important thing for you is to avoid fat and as we know there is some fat in chicken. And the best option if you are eating chicken is to eat chicken breast, because they contain the least of fat, unlike the other parts of the chicken. Fish on the other hand might be better for bodybuilding because they contain a lot of proteins that are needed in the body. What are you eating now? Do you eat other meat, except the chicken and fish? It is hard to tell which is better and on the other hand, I agree with Amerigo, mixing chicken and fish in your diet might be the best option for you now
