Hi,
HOW TO TREAT FLEM IN BABIES

Loading...

You could try using the wedge to prop your baby up. This will help it drain instead of settling in the back of your baby’s throat. The saline works great as well so you can try with that if it is easier to you. Also, use a humidifier a cool air one. Those were things that our pediatrician recommended for my sisters son. He had a lot of congestion for the first several months and this problem was affecting his sleep as well.

One other thing the pediatrician recommended was that when you are using the saline drops, close the nostril you are not putting the saline in, so he sucks the saline in instead of it just sitting in the nostril. After about a minute or so use the aspirator to suck it out and I hope that this was helpful.
