i was diaganosed with follicular cancer in nov 07, i've had a total thyroidectemy, iodine radiation I-131, and i have had 2 full body sacns.its been nearly 6 months since the scans. why did i need 2 scans? i see my surgeon in 2 weeks to get the results, why wasnt i given the results earlier? will this cancer ever return? thankyou
