Hi kkatie

Yes, if you have diabetes - sugar may not be good for you. However if you take small quantities of raw organic sugar, it can do good. About the zero calorie food?? There is NO food as a zero calorie thingy - every food that you eat ultimately breaks down to calories that a body needs to function. Some foods as in starchy or sugary foods have more calories.

Try eating food that can give wholesome nutrition. More often depriving body with essential minerals and nutrition leads to leaching where bones and other organs start depending on reserves and soon these deplete over time. So, do not starve yourself. Eat healthy, do regular exercise. Go for certified organic foods - this is best option to maintain good health. Good luck
