I was trying to do some squats with relatively heavy weights, but I get this stinging/straining sensation which sort of travels from my left tricep to up to my forearm. At my forearm, right below my left elbow is where the pain gets to much as I try to lift the weight to begin my workout. Can someone help figure out exactly what it is. I have felt this sensation before but I just added some papping to bar and all was fine.
