Yes it does a little bit and the foreskin is attack on the left side and is "Under The Glans" like if i look from a side i see a little hole just under the Foreskin that leading under the glans

I have quite a severe issue with the skin attached to my penis, it prevents me from pulling the skin all the way back and it’s really painful, but one bit of skin in particular is it is directly on the head of my penis, im 13 by the way so I hope this won’t be an issue until my adult years
