foreskin completely covers head when erect

I don't have a penis and a foreskin, my husband does. His foreskin extends a good inch past the head of his penis when he has a full erection. The foreskin easily retracts back off the head of his penis. when I pleasure him manually the foreskin stays covering his penis head unless I pull his foreskin all the way back. During intercourse when he enters my vagina he leaves his foreskin covering his penis head. If I or he retracts the foreskin he ejaculates right away as his penis head is very sensitive. if I want him to ejaculate quickly, I just hold his penis shaft and expose the head as it is very sensitive. Guys with short foreskin: more than likely, the foreskin will slide back when you get an erection and will stay retracted while the erection lasts. When you lose the erection the foreskin wil roll forward and will cover the head.
Guys with long foreskin: the foreskin covers the head completely while flaccid. When an erection happens you may either see just the end of the head or you might not see it at all, and in both cases you need to pull it back to uncover the glans. This is normal. NOW, once you pulled it back, it should stay there while erection lasts. If it rolls forward to cover the erected head after you pulled it back, then you might have a short frenulum. This condition is better resolved with a visit to your doctor.
