I've been eating healthy and excersizing for the past two months, i havent had any fast food and was doing very well. Then this week i broke and had fast food. Monday i ate out and later that night i passed gas that smelled very bad, bad enough to clear the room and linger. Tuesday i also ate out and also through the week. This whole week I've had bad gas ever day during the evening and onto the morning, i also have some sort of acid reflex i believe or maybe heart burn, its a nasty acidy/burning sensation in my esophagus. I want to connect all these symptoms with my all of a sudden unhealthy eating this week? help explain?
