Greenish-colored cysts on shaft

So recently I've had three greenish looking cysts on the bottom shaft of my penis. They are skin colored and barely noticeable when I am not erect, but once I am erect they become hard, greenish bubbles. The color is like a skin color with a tint of green. I also have fordyce spots all over the lower part of my penis, but these "cysts" are on the upper part where there are very few fordyce spots. They are about twice the size of my fordyce spots and they are only slightly painful to the touch. I've tried squeezing them and couldn't manage to get them to pop. Also, I haven't had sexual intercourse and I'm confident that this is not an STD.

If anyone has any idea what these are I'd definitely like to hear it. Also, I'm not sure what the policy is for pictures on this forum, but I'd be willing to post a picture of them if that would help. I'm really trying to figure this out/treat it so if anyone has any idea please let me know!
