Ok, In May of this yr. I had a beautiful baby girl, I had my Dr. do a Tubal due to having three kids now. My last normal period was Oct. 7th. I have been blacking out, getting dizzy, sick to my stomach, having headaches, back pains, been gaining weight like crazy in past few weeks, I have been craving foods, being hungry none stop, going to the bathroom very frequintly, and I have taken four home preg. test which have come out positive. Now on these tests, the second line is very faint, but there! I have not had an actual period this month, but I spotted for like two days. I went to the Dr. their test came back neg. and they said that I'm not pregnant. Am I or am I not? I just don't see how I could get four test saying I am, if I'm not? Please tell me what you think. Thank you.

Sounds like you are in fact pregnant to me. I would take the positive tests back to your doctor and demand a sonogram or I would find another doctor to accomodate your demands. I had my fourth child nearly a year after my husband had a vasectomy. He was cliped and the ends were sewn and burned..but I still got pregnant. I would definately go back to the doctor and seek some answers..Make sure they check your tubes too..you could have an ectopic pregnancy..Good luck.

H Lindsay! Most women are not aware that tubal ligations are NOT 100% fool proof! Neither are vasectomies! It does take the tube to grow back for you to achieve conception, but that takes time, thus the reason why the chances of pregnancy rise over the years after the procedure! So the first thing I want you to do is go and get a blood test! This WILL be definitive! There are such things as false positives, BUT you are having symptoms of pregnancy! Is the doctor that said you aren't pregnant the same that did the procedure? Perhaps go to your local Planned Parenthood and get a blood test - just to rule it in or out - OK? And please let me know how you make out! Good luck and healht!
