had my period but i feel sick

hello, im new to this but i have read a lot of different situations. i figured maybe someone can help me. i had an abortion july sixteenth. i finally got my period september nineteenth and it was heavy and lasted the normal seven days. i was sexually active with my husband a lot and i can basically say were trying to have a baby. i felt nauseated and had preggo symptoms a week after. i took a blood test and im not sure if it was too early. it was negative. i still feel preggo symptoms but then i got my period october fifteenth. i still fell the symptoms on my period and my period wasnt as heavy as it usually is and lasted only three days. i still feel nauseated and having a little bit of cramps. at night the nausea is so bad but i wont throw up. im confused. should i take another test?? i have two kids and each pregnancy was different.
