It is possible to get pregnant from pre cum. But its low risk. Are you sure its from this time of sex?
If your GF dosnt want this pregnancy see needs to get medical help very soon. Sooner the better.
There is a tablet you can take that gets rid of it. Like a misscarrage. I think you have to be so many weeks pregnant tho. (9weeks i think) i could be wronge tho.

Yes it was the first time me and her engaged in intercourse.

Tell her to take another one to be sure. You don't have to ejaculate to get a female pregnant. That is why it's important to use some form of contraception. If you're not ready for a kid then use a condom. However it seems a bit soon to be reading positive on a pregnancy test if you only did it last week.
