Well, you wont be pregnant yet. That takes several days. But you could become pregnant. If your period is due on 18th Sept, then 4th Sept was likely the day you ovulated, and so would have been a very fertile day.

However, you refer to 'my period which I get on the 18th of each month always same day'. That would mean that your cycle is not perfectly regular because not all months have the same number of days.

I would suggest taking a test on 19th Sept if your period has not arrived. If the result is negative, then take another test on 25th.

Why are you scared of being pregnant? Who did you have sex with? What would be the consequences?

Please always use a name (not necessarily your real name) in your post as there are so many different people who post as 'Guest', and it is easy to lose track of who is posting what.

I am 19 years old. I am absolutely terrible with my birth control. I take it very irregularly and not at the same time every day. Because of this I get lots of spotting inbetween placebo pills. My boyfriend and I have always used protection but this time we didn't. He did not ejaculate inside of me, but I was already spotting when we did have sex. This happened on September 4 at about 2 am. The next day at noon I took Plan B. My spotting went away completely and I started taking my birth control normally now. I have 3 more days until the sugar pills and still no cramps or anything. Could I be pregnant? I know I'm not late, but I'm worried.

The fact you took Plan B means that you would be unlikely to get pregnant, but not impossible. You didn't say much about how irregular you are with your BC pills (except the timing each day), but you may find your period (or, rather, withdrawal bleeding) comes at an unexpected time.

If your period is regular, then can I assume your last period started 1st September?
Unless your ovulation was delayed by a week, then it is unlikely you would get pregnant.
Stress could be causing the delay.
For 21st to be a fertile day, your period would not be due until at least 5th October.
You said you had sex a 2nd time. What was the date of the other time?

i had my period today. My first was august before my sept period. There's no need for me to worry for pregnancy right?

No. If your period is a normal period, the indications are that you are not pregnant. Some women have some period show when pregnant, but that is not common.
Remember that any time you have sex there is the possibility of pregnancy following. You did not give the circumstances of your sexual experiences, but abstinence is the only certain way to avoid pregnancy.

Okay I'm super worried, me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex the day was my first time he pulled out and came on my boobs "tmi I'm sorry" but after we had sex I started spotting like almost immediately after and it's been like 2 days. My last period was on the 4th my next one should be on the 7th usually a normal period schedule.

Hi Erica. Not necessarily. It depends on whether your menstrual cycle is normal. As, if I remember correctly, you get your period close to every 28 days, it is likely that your weight is not interfering with ovulation, and so it won't significantly damage your chances of getting pregnant. Nevertheless, losing some of the extra pounds before you try to get pregnant can dramatically improve your odds of conceiving and of having a healthy pregnancy. But before embarking on having a family, why not get married and give yourself and the baby the extra security that commitment yields?

Hi Macie. Don't be concerned about TMI. The more the better; usually there is not enough to make an informed judgement!
I assume you had your 'first sex' on 1st October. That could mean that the spotting is from your ruptured (or partially ruptured) hymen, but you didn't say much about exactly what happened. Your projected period start date would indicate a cycle of 33 days, and it is unlikely (but not impossible) that you were not fertile on 1st October. Nonetheless, it is not likely to be implantation bleeding just 2 days after sex.
If the spotting continues, then see your doctor.
From the little you said, it seems he ejaculated shortly after he 'pulled out'. It could be that some semen escaped into your vagina prior to withdrawal, or there could be sperm in his pre-cum. So withdrawal is not safe.

Thank you so much, we are being safer and using condoms and I'm considering birth control as a backup also I am in relief the bleeding stopped this morning.
