Well, you wont be pregnant yet. That takes several days. But you could become pregnant. If your period is due on 18th Sept, then 4th Sept was likely the day you ovulated, and so would have been a very fertile day.
However, you refer to 'my period which I get on the 18th of each month always same day'. That would mean that your cycle is not perfectly regular because not all months have the same number of days.
I would suggest taking a test on 19th Sept if your period has not arrived. If the result is negative, then take another test on 25th.
Why are you scared of being pregnant? Who did you have sex with? What would be the consequences?

Unless your ovulation was delayed by a week, then it is unlikely you would get pregnant.
Stress could be causing the delay.
For 21st to be a fertile day, your period would not be due until at least 5th October.
You said you had sex a 2nd time. What was the date of the other time?

Remember that any time you have sex there is the possibility of pregnancy following. You did not give the circumstances of your sexual experiences, but abstinence is the only certain way to avoid pregnancy.

Hi Erica. Not necessarily. It depends on whether your menstrual cycle is normal. As, if I remember correctly, you get your period close to every 28 days, it is likely that your weight is not interfering with ovulation, and so it won't significantly damage your chances of getting pregnant. Nevertheless, losing some of the extra pounds before you try to get pregnant can dramatically improve your odds of conceiving and of having a healthy pregnancy. But before embarking on having a family, why not get married and give yourself and the baby the extra security that commitment yields?

I assume you had your 'first sex' on 1st October. That could mean that the spotting is from your ruptured (or partially ruptured) hymen, but you didn't say much about exactly what happened. Your projected period start date would indicate a cycle of 33 days, and it is unlikely (but not impossible) that you were not fertile on 1st October. Nonetheless, it is not likely to be implantation bleeding just 2 days after sex.
If the spotting continues, then see your doctor.
From the little you said, it seems he ejaculated shortly after he 'pulled out'. It could be that some semen escaped into your vagina prior to withdrawal, or there could be sperm in his pre-cum. So withdrawal is not safe.
