ive just had a haemorroidectomy done on friday, came out of hospital on sunday because i had low blood pressure and kept going dizzy and nearly passing out, i have opened my bowels but never noticed the packaging that they say does come out when u have ur first b/m but is there any chance that the packaging can stay in there plz help

I'm no Doc, but I assume you mean packing! I don't see how it could stay in there if things from the other end are trying to push it out!
If you're still having productive movements with little to no bleeding, then I'd say it's out! How's your pain level?
