hi i have hard bone-like bumps with extra skin surrounding them an there the size of a rubber bouncing ball, or a partly grown tomatoe. on my right foot i have 3 extra and on my left i have 3 extra on the outside of my feet. they've been here for about 2 years. and i havent gone to the doctor. im starting to get concerned. and people say i should go to the doctor , any ideas of what they could be ? 
ps. they do not cause me any pain.
