Hard little circular balls or sacs underneath the skin on both of my vaginal lips.

For a couple of months, i have been getting theses weird, hard, circular ball underneath the skin on both my right and left vagina lips.

They dont hurt but when i do get them i tend to swell ALOT and it makes it difficult to walk cuz of how swollen i am. i have tried to pop the balls and the pop but nothing comes out they go away but a couple hours later they come back.

I have compared it to herpes and it looks nothing like the pictures i just need help, cuz everytime i get to the doctor they magically disappear. :-S but please help.
