First my body felt weak and heavy,i had headaches and my lower back, on the right side was sore. I figured it was the way i was sleeping.
The next day, i felt the same way and occasionally i would get cold and start shivering. This lasted for 2 days. The second day though... my lower back pain moved in front, right under my ribs.
Then, today i wake up and i feel okay like the other days, i don't have a headache but now i have this growth on the left side of my lip. If you look close it looks like small white spots. Also the pain in front isn't as bad.
What could be wrong?

my fiance is experiencing these exact symptoms and has just recently developed a canker sore on his lip... what did you do? or what caused you to feel this way?
