I only experienced this a few times. During masturbation I would feel a jolt of pain in the back of my head near the top of my neck. It happened before when I was a teenager and a few times when I got older.
I never was a healthy eater and slightly overweight when I was young but I didn't do drugs or smoke. I'm sure I masturbated daily but that pain I would get eventually went away. Returned a few times but became too rare to worry about.

I know its so f*****g painful. UUUGH its like the demoman from TF2 put a few tiiinny ittybitty sticky bombs in my head and presed M2. If it IS caused by clenching my teeth while fapping, I'm trying to put my lips inwrd over my teeth (as a sorta guard) and it helps a little.
