Hi All, I had my tonsils removed just over three weeks ago and I started to feel a lot of pain and discomfort in my throat again. My doctor says the pocket where the tissue was removed heals from the bottom up, but I just looked back there and the left pocket seems to be healing weird. There seems to be a little hole at the top of the pocket. So there is a strand of tissue branching off on its own, attached to the top of the pocket. Can I assume that the hole will close up on its own, or do I need to go back to the doctors?
