I have several reoccuring bruises on both of my arms, on the underside? They aren"t painful they are just quite a few both arms are involved they appear abou every month? They appear just when I am sitting doing nothing? I don"t have a Doctor as I can"t afford one Please if someone out there can give me an idea I would greatly appreciate it. THANK YOU
