heart beat head pulses

I have suffered heart beat head pulses ever since a 5 way bypass in july 1992. Various tests and scans picked up little help but i was put on quinapril20mg daily four years ago which reduced the pain from 10-12 hours daily to about two hours spread over a day Recent buttock and disc pain has been treated with pregabilin 100mg three times daily which may be by coincidence has reduced the pulsing even more but i have stopped alcohol to a small amount once per week. I must stress the almost zero alcohol when on either of these medications. Best wishes to those who receive medical support on this terrible pulsing condition
