I am a 15 year old girl, and out of almost no where I started getting pains in my heart, and it's different then heartburn. I have had this for almost a week now. I sometimes dont notice it, but other times I can feel pinching and it seems like I can feel my heart beat out of my chest. But I don't have any other symptoms. I feel fine, and I can exercise and not feel out of breath. I don't know what's going on and everyone tells me not to worry. I would like to know though, if anyone has had this, and if you have for how long did it last, and was it serious ?!

I dont know if this has anything to do with my issue, but last thursday I woke up with my arm hurting and my hand tingling in some places. I knew it had something to do with blood flow, and maybe I slept on it wrong. I think it was a pinched nerve, because after a couple adjustments from my chiropractor it eventually got better. I have no clue if my whole arm thing has anything to do with my heart, but yeah just thought I should mention it.
