This started for me a couple of years ago.. would persist (1-5 episodes per day lasting seconds to minutes each time). Then randomly it stopped and I didn't have it for months. Now it's back. Just the right ear. Mildly elevated blood pressure but not dangerously high. The ENT I saw didn't find anything related to my ears or sinuses that should cause it. I have tinnitus (ringing) too but this is VERY different. I can live with it if I knew for sure it wasn't a sign of something more serious? Doesn't seem to be alot of helpful info online or from doctors about it and don't want to seem like a nut. I'm not having any pain and don't want a lot of medical tests or any medication just would like to know what this is??

I have this also. It never stops. I went to ent dr heart stand neurologist. They just said go to Nestor surgeon. I haven’t done that yet. Are there other people that have this? Bunch of people say they have ringing but this is different.
