For the past two days my vagina has been sore. On the lips of my vagina there look like a cut. At the same time I have a white discharge coming out of my vagina. I had a bowl movement just 30 minutes ago and when I wipe my vagina, I had a big portion of white discharge. I am very scare. Do I need to go to a gynecologist to get some medical attention. :$

Yes! Get to a gynecologist? I don't know if you are sexually active, but what you are describing as a cut could be some type of a sore. You could have an infection or an STD. The white discharge, because it is not normal for you, is a concern also. There could be several reasons for this, all of which require treatment. Be sure that you are not exposing a sexual partner to this problem. You do not know what it is and that would not be a responsible or ethical thing to do. Be sure to let your gyn know that you need to be seen right away. I am being presumptuous here because I don't have any other information....but if you have had sexual relations with anyone just before or during this period, you should notify them even before you see the doctor just in case they have relations with someone else and pass the problem on. Men tend NOT to have typical symptoms like women. So a man with a possible infection may not be aware that he has a problem. Get back to us here and let us know what happened with your test results.
