Hi. I'm 15 years old and I weigh 157lbs. I gained 15lbs this past month. I was wondering if there was a way to get junk food or anything junky (including dressings, pop tarts, candy, and ice cream and whole milk) Off of a girl's mind. I'm terribly troubled! I want to lose a lot of weight, but I can't seem to stick to my diet. Can you help anyone?

You have to change your habbit. Imagine how you want to live and live that way. If you continue this way for a long time, it will get worse, and you may want to lose 100lbs in week or one day. This is not possible. The weight that you put is your concious or unconcious effort by yourself. So you may continue your path and don't complain about not able to lose all the weight you have gained in one day or week, months or year. Longer the problem harder it is. READ this book "Frog into princes" by Richard Bandler. APPLY WHAT YOU READ. YOU may have to change your habits.

at 15, your likely still growing and developing, your body may be storing up for a late growth spurt
excersise is great, if you can manage it, walk one mile a day, grab a friend or cd player for motivation
watch the caffiene, studies show caffiene causes fat to relocate (could be good?) however, usually in areas you may not want it, such as your stomach, ect.
the diets that allow the one or two days of "binging" are GARBAGE, find something you like, stick to it
simply put, if you take in more calories than you burn, your body will store it
so does this mean restricting calories? no, eat the right calories
