Im 16, im 5'2". I weigh 56 kgs. I look pretty normal, except my arms are flabby. I am in my final year of schooling. I have the prom in 2 months, and i wanna lose weight, cuz i want to wear a sari.
i tried a crash diet. Bull it was. My dad, who completely adores and dotes on me bought delicious pizzas, cakes, buns, rotis and all till i quit the diet. Everytime i start he does this. And no, he wont stop. I wanna know if there is any hope for me at all. Can i exercise or do something?
PS i cant help eating the junk food once i see it. And besides, this one made me darn hungry and affected my activity.

Hello, there! I would encourage you to do exercise because it sounds like your just need to tone up, not lose weight. Do you have a local Y or gym you can join and workout at? Weight training would be great to tone up your arms, as well as, swimming and racquetball. Your activity will tone your whole body and you will burn off all the junk food your dad brings home! See if he can dote on you by buying you health food that you enjoy? Make sure it's something he knows you'll love. Maybe by doing these things, you will look and feel good for the prom. Good luck!
