Making a spell that interferes with someone's free will is a huge no-no.
Someone should never meddle in magick if they have no experience and have not properly protected them-self or understand the rede. You should never do magick that forces someone to do or feel something they obviously do not feel naturally...you should not mess with his free will.
Instead how about trying to be his friend.... forming a relationship with him and then try to slowly work on beginning a romantic relationship if you still like him after you get to know him.
